Gentleness

And so we will talk about harmlessness and gentleness on the path to the blissful states we are in search of, in this journey to bliss, Divine sex and love. The start is in the mind, and all thoughts must become ones of love and not attack. This is such a basic truth that the ego dismisses it and says it is not important. As you are seeing, all the elements of this path construct a solid and firm base on which to build your practice inside the mind. The ego runs riot, punching and shoving, knocking over furniture, the equivalent of the bully we just talked about in its own environment. It is hateful and mean. If it does not attack others, it will attack you, and if it is not attacking you now, it will attack you in the past and make you guilty.

 It is this inherently violent ego mind that is responsible for all conflict, internally and externally on your planet. To achieve the calm and loving state we need you to achieve for our goals of blissful union with the Divine, you must exhibit the love that you are, consistently, with self and other. The fight will go out of you as you follow the path of forgiveness, as this is the quickest way to defuse the ego. The principle is this; that the ego believes in war, and forgiveness is the opposite of war, So if you enforce this belief and manifest it in your actions every day, and eventually every minute of every day, the ego will dissipate, as it is getting no energy from your mind.

 You must remember your mind is its source of energy, and the feeling that you are not able to be responsible for this crazy monster in your head is indeed an illusion. You are responsible, and you feed it many times a day with the thoughts that you have. The great benefit of this discipline however is this; you will feel better and calmer, more loving and open. The defenses you have erected to protect you from the cruel outside world are not working because the enemy is within. It disguises itself with words of keeping you safe, and how terrible everyone else is. It assures you it has your best interest at heart, and yet that is the same lie as the wars that are currently going on.

 The ego has a deep seated agenda that it will not tell you about. It wants to keep you weak and disempowered, then it has the power that you have willingly handed over. It is time to gently take it back through the least violent act on Earth, the act of forgiveness. This causes the energies to settle, the anger to dissipate, and the ego to weaken, and this is indeed a miracle to feel inside your mind. The running and controlling can stop, and the attacks, gossip and judgements will subside. The energy that is freed up as the mind comes to res, is indeed some of the energy that spirit will use for the wakening process of the bliss pathways.. There is so much energy and focus being wasted on the wars that the ego creates, small and large, that there is an energy shortage for you, the thinker. 

This is an interesting fact is it not? You cannot imagine the energy you will have as the ego quietens, and you reclaim your true power, back from the unwelcome visitor that has been in charge. Your home becomes your own, and you can clean up the mess the ego has made, and create the loving, peaceful and calm residence you all wish for. Now there is a chance for love to enter. It cannot come in where the bully is in charge. It is a gentle energy that is not interested in war, and so it will appear to be gone whilst the battles continue, and yet when the fighting stops you will see it sitting quietly on your door step, waiting patiently to come in and help you. The loving essence that it is, never judges you for being mistaken or frightened or confused, it simply waits quietly until you are ready to kick the bully out and invite it in. 

This is what we wish you to do dear ones. Go inside and see where there are resentments. For some this is indeed a scary process. The ego will counsel you otherwise, as if it knows you are trying to kill it. But what you are really doing is releasing it, and. not in any violent way. So think, and see the one to whom you have unforgiveness, and at first simply put a white light around them. You do not need to forgive, just see them and put a light around them. This will suffice at first, and we will give more forgiveness instructions at a later date. But whenever their voice or face or hatred for them arises in your mind, in whatever way, do not engage it, but put a white light around the images and stories that are there. Every time. This will change the energy profoundly, and deep changes in your mind will occur, freeing you from the torment of hatred and confusion, fear and dislike. This is a technique that slips past the egos defenses. It is so passive that the ego does not understand it, and lets it go. So do practice this dear ones, with all the negatives in your mind, and relief will begin to be felt.  Ananda

You are so much more than human

" Dear ones you are seen as human and yet you are so much more than this. The electrical system that is the body/ mind complex has a power beyond anything that you have been taught. You have been told that the body is fallible and indeed breaks down for no apparent reason, this is another of the big lies that we are here to  dispel.
   The mixture and electricity that is the human form is a matrix of intelligence and responsive design that you are not clever enough to comprehend. When we look at the human from our perspective, we see a ball of electrical energy and dreaming that is in a constant state of growth or decay depending on the level of vibration. Indeed those of you who are abusing the body with negative thoughts, fears and hatreds are seen as dark, and slowly pulsing areas of dim light that are clearly struggling with the issues, and indeed there will be dark areas of the energetic field where we see future sickness manifesting.These are the thought forms coalescing into objects such as physical blocks, and they will indeed develop into the things called cancer or tumors. They are indeed blocks of negative thought become manifest, and it is hard for us to see this, as we know the potential of the device in which you live. 

On the other hand, there are the light making and healthy ones of you who are indeed focused on the good. You seem as bright lights, shining clear and shooting our light energy into your environment that affects those around you with a positive vibration that is indeed felt. Those of lower energies feel it as too powerful at times, the difference in vibration is too great and they will back off from the energy. It seems to be too bright if you will, for the level they are at, but if you encounter another soul of the same high vibration, there will be a great interaction and growth that is the back and forth of ideas and dreams, and indeed love and conversations. The higher of the two can indeed affect the other, and there will be a feeling of love or pleasure in the company of this being. 

We see this all over the planet, the bright ones and the dark ones. We are not in judgment, but do know that all can be changed, and as the education of the dark ones allow them to change their though forms, indeed the manifestations in the body and the manifestation in the life they are living will change. This is a wondrous thing to see, when a soul forgives or has a realization that they are more than what they have been taught. It is as if the lights get plugged in as they do at your Christmas time, and all begins to glow. Sometimes we cheer at these events, especially if we have been of help in the lighting up so to speak. 

So as you see yourselves now dear ones, if you are sad or afraid, know that spirit is there close at hand, and that if you ask we can indeed help you light the lights, but you must give the system a chance to vibrate at a higher frequency, and for that you must do the work.

 It comes in the form of forgiveness. The hatred and assessment of past events as wrong or sinful break the connection with your Source, and you feel sad and disempowered. You blame this on the event but indeed it is your doing. As you search the past for wounds and the guilt of self or other, and indeed as you feed the body heavy or poisonous food, there is a lowering of the vibration and again the elements struggle to fire, as in an engine filled with the wrong fuel.

 We want you to start to see yourselves as these systems that need your sound decisions to work properly. Thought is not thought. It is the creative force that determines your future, and food should be just that, nutrition for the electrical and cellular system that are the form in which spirit travels and learns and grows. If the vehicle is not kept up the journeys you can take become very limited, and indeed you should be preparing for the great adventures that we wish to tell you of and indeed help you to go on.

 That is all for now, and the inspiration is felt, is it not? The truth of this information arouses the heart and you want that which we speak about. Remember this, if you want to hate or to eat  piece of poison do not do this. No food or laziness is worth what you lose on this journey. Trust us, we are aware of the potential and we are as a team trainer pushing you to acheive so that you can win the prize. We are in love always, Ananda."

Following Your Passion!

There is no better way to live than to be following your passion, and that is what we will write about now for our dear reader, an article on following what you love.

 Dear one there is a terrible aspect to your culture which needs to be brought into the light and dealt with openly and honestly, and this is the subject of your work and your life purpose. There are millions of you going to jobs you hate or are indifferent about, wondering why your love lives suck, as you say. Well dear ones, it is clearly that you are spending most of our life disconnected from joy in an environment that is not good for the physical body. This is an area you must sincerely look at and be wiling to change for the energies of passion to flow in your life. Your sex life and the one of your existence cannot  be separated from what you do all day long, every day, year after year. This must be made clear to you, dear ones.

 You all have a passion for something, even if it is a damaged little remnant of what it once was. Gardening, cooking, painting, looking after children; there is no end to the areas where you can do work that you love, and indeed our dear one Tina was adamant about following her passion, both as an artist, a free being and writer. She has pursued her spiritual path with the same passion and indeed this is what has manifested this path with us, and as we have said before, this will not happen to all of you. Indeed, this is  a particular service that Tina is doing for her soul’s development and growth, but each of you has a future you who is engaged in a life doing what you love, and yes, for many this feels untrue, but time is not what you think, and if you dream,  see a future in which you are doing what you want in your mind. You can allow it to happen.

 Notice there that we said allow and not force. All the manifestations you wish to make are a balance between inspired right action at the right time and surrender to the path of spirit as it arises for you. This path will change and grow, and it is important not to be attached to any specific form of the outcome, but to stay clear and at peace with a vision of your life at work as you wish it. And indeed you will no longer call it work. That is to loaded word in this culture, it puts the efforts to align with your soul in a box that is not big enough for the subject, and so we would like to use the word passion and vocation, dream, fantasy, future income. Anything that is vague and unlimited. Do not try and see specifics in your imagining, but see general feelings. Are you inside or outside, creative or academic? Are you in a  busy or calm place? These are al the qualities of what you will enjoy, and indeed there is no lack of variety.

 Some feel that if they did what they want the world would fall apart and this is not so. The reason the world is falling apart is that so many of you are disconnected from your passions and are dead for forty hours a week. Indeed many of you lose half of Sunday because Monday is arriving. do you not dear ones? And so this too is part of the path to bliss. You will become a partner and lover to yourself when you honor the deep desires of the soul. This is indeed loving behavior that will encourage the bliss energies to flow, and will enhance your well being beyond anything you an imagine.

 All of you are able to connect with spirit in a deep and powerful way. Do not think that our dear Tina‘s path is forbidden to you. You are able to engage the energies she has by following our prescriptions,and having a life focused on manifesting love in your life. But unfortunately your culture has split the human into sections, all of which are supposed to do a different thing. Mothers are to sacrifice, men are to be stoic and unfeeling. These are illusions that drive the truth of each being deep underground and prevent the true nature arising, which is one of love and deep communication with self and other.

 Notice we say self first always. This is where you will always start with any change you wish to make, go inside and love the self, honor the self and you will create that in your outside life. So many of you hate and abuse the self and wonder why you cannot find a good partner with which to share your life. This is the reason dear ones, you do not love yourself. And so, if you want the best lover and amazing sexual experience think about this issue of passion for your work, we will assure you that the energies that begin to flow, even as you see this in your mind will enhance the flow of the Divine energies we wish to enhance, and they will assist you on this very journey.

Ananda on Faith

"Indeed many have a great deal of faith, it is just in the wrong things. Indeed, this is the first issue that must be brought to the surface. You have faith in hard work, you have faith in the body, you have faith in your self image. There are many places you place faith, and yet these things are transient and impermanent, and so you are always fearful. They can indeed go at any time. We are asking you to start to develop a deep faith in spirit, God if you will, the unseen realms of energy that are the driving force behind creation. If you have faith in this, it will not let you down, and will indeed create what you wish to experience.

We are asking for many changes to cultivate the bliss energies, and you are talking a leap of faith in believing that what we are asking is indeed going to bring you to this place. There are many other tales of paths to lead you to particular destinations, but what is the destination, and is it worth the price you pay? In many ways, although the ego disagrees, we are not asking you to lose anything. We are only asking you to invest in the real source of your power, which is a powerful energy called kundalini or chi. It has nay names around the world but it is the God force that is created by thought word and deed, and is the power that is beyond all others.

 The culture in which you live worships many idols does it not? The body, the car, money, food. Many things are set up on the alters to your gods, and indeed you worship the things that cannot give you the support you want, and so you are afraid. Some part of you knows that these are not worthy of your devotion, and yet this is what you have been taught to follow. And so you suffer, not knowing why and how to get free from the tyranny of lies that you have been fed.

 This source of energy is indeed love, and its desire is to create good and abundance, and what so many of you do not realize, is that the practices you have every day, of thought, word and deed, are interfering with the flow of that energy, and you are powerless as a result. Indeed, you do still create, but it is a mess of inconsistent, and often unwanted things that you have been thinking about and wishing for inadvertently. 

Every time you think a thought, it does indeed join with others of a like vibration, and when there are enough to create a level of energy to bring a solid into manifestation, they will indeed do so. So if you are thinking all the time of sickness rather than health, you will manifest it. If you are always afraid and thinking fearful thoughts, images and events will arise of that vibration. Perhaps in the form of accident or robbery. These are not the rules you have ben taught, although the law of attraction is gaining followers, and this is a good thing, many are still under the impression that anything they think about is still a story that is not going to manifest."http://www.facebook.com/godisbliss

Making Love To God, Book 1 Introduction

"The world is in a terrible state at the moment, which many of you will not deny. There are wars, fears and famines abounding on this beautiful planet Earth, and none of this is necessary. The mis-teachings all of you are laboring under give the power to the wrong places and people. Indeed you are the most powerful people on the planet, and you do not realize this power in any way shape or form.

The “dear one” as we call Tina is our dear messenger on the Earth plane, and we have offered her the opportunity to be our spokes person for this information we are now teaching to the world. The material is controversial and will arouse many passions, and not just the good ones we are after. But these teachings are the secret that the secret societies have always guarded. That you are indeed the owner of your own power. You just need to be told how to find this and so, we have called ourselves Ananda. The word means bliss, and that is indeed our mission; to show the world that the power comes from love and not hate.

The rulers of the past fed off your fear and distress and submission, but this need not continue. The power that resides in the mind connected to Source is limitless, and it is indeed this that past prophets tried to teach, but the message was lost over the years of fear and mistranslation.

 This message is the truth; that every thought you posses is the seed of fear or love, and love will create what you want, and fear will create the mess you have. Follow the love through all its lovely pathways to the Earth you wish to have. The fear has made the darkness you see, but at any point you may turn around and begin to walk towards the light.

The peace you will find will not be boring or empty, but full of life and passion. The love you will find will fill you in a way no food or drink can, and the sex you will have will be Divine. No more mediocrity and boredom. This sex will send you through the day filled with a joy and connection that empowers and creates. It is not a lusting after, but a loving with, that will occur. 

We ask all who read this book to pass it along when they are done, to those who they know will love it, but more especially to those who will hate it. They are the ones who will throw it across the room, but they are the ones who need it the most. Indeed, it will be those who do not like it that will reap the most benefit from it. 

So read this book, and if you are loath to give it away, buy another, and give it to your enemy. They will become a lover in the end, whether you believe it or not. Many lifetimes may have to pass for this to happen, but if you follow the recipe in here for love, you may well get it done this life, and then the vistas that will open up will be incredible indeed.

You have no idea that this Earth of yours is the kinder garten for the Universe. There are so many adventures in joy and love to be had beyond its small confines, but as a small child, you cannot imagine the life of an adult. This is what you are dear ones, small children fighting over toys in a sand box. Stop throwing sand at one another, hold hands and play nicely together. You will not regret it, and all will bask in the love you create. 

Again, read this book and do one thing we ask, and next week do another small step on the path to love. In a year your life will become a more loving, happy and creative thing, and you will indeed want volume two for you shelves. 

The dear one we are calling Tina is our voice, and will be the shower of the way for this walk we are asking of you. She has practiced the art of forgiveness and determination over many difficult years, and some she barely survived, and yet she carried on in the firm conviction that there had to be a better way. She was right, and we are the firm believers in her journey and her story.

Many of you have suffered from the disconnection from you sexual energy, the true source of your power, and we ask with all our collective hearts, that you begin the journey back home to love and sex and healthy power beyond your imagination. This is indeed an act of faith, and all can see the pitfalls of the journey. The discipline and  forgiveness; the ego’s least favorite device. But do not let the ego win its battle against love. Collect your energies together dear ones and insist that war is over, inside and out, and that you will love each other deeply and surely into a future beyond imagination and beyond the darkness of the ego.

Hello Ananda lovers!

   I am writing this blog today, as Tina, the channel for Ananda. As you can imagine, this has been a very interesting summer for me. It has only been four months from Ananda's first contact to our fist public channeling event which happened on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, two days ago.

 The evening before that event, Ananda gave me permission to record their fist spoken channeling session. Although they have been speaking to me and through me for three weeks, they asked me to wait to record them until the connection had been solidified. They gave me the go ahead on Sunday.

Scary Stuff!

"This is the path to freedom, creativity and joy. The forces of Love are always seeking to express themselves, and if the mind is healed and healthy, in touch with truth, the bliss of experience will outshine anything you can imagine. It is a force that desires the experience of love between humans in such a loving, yet intense way, that the humans feel scared of it sometimes, as if they will be obliterated.                                                                                                                                        

 Indeed, the ego will be obliterated, and that is why the Love approaching is a terrifying thing to the ego, why it always wants space between itself and other, because it knows on some level that its end is coming if it allows Love full rein in the world. So the ego is constantly trying to deceive you into battle and judgement, deceive you into separation and hatred. It will do what it can to teach the opposite of the truth that is Love.

 We are proponents of absolute honesty on this journey. Be honest with yourself first, and listen to your heart and emotions and what they want. Start to listen wholeheartedly, and act on those desires. You will at first, upset those around you who are used to you being sad and at their beck and call, but once the first wave of discord passes it will begin to change for the better, and you will begin to feel the life force enter back into your dear, closed down heart, and you will begin to take delight, eventually to soar to the height of heaven as you never imagined it.

 These are the words of truth, and we are sure they are even a little intimidating at the moment. The idea of channeling this kind of energy scares the part of you that is used to being shut down, and at the mercy of others. It feels a if its world will collapse. Well, in some ways it will, but that world is not worth living in without Gods’ passion in you hearts and in your beds with you. That is the truth, and we will keep asking you to join on the journey home through loving self first, then sharing that amazing person and body with a like minded soul who also loves themselves.

 These are the alliances that will heal the planet. Do follow your heart and our teachings to this path of awakening, and be free of the desperate measures you have been living under.These desperate measures are not for the likes of you. Take back the ability to love, and you will feed the soul of the planet and each other until you are full  of light."

"This second book in the series "Making Love To God" is our treatise on the blocks in the Western mind to love’s presence, and indeed, a handbook for you to systematically and methodically analyze and go through the blocks as they occur in your life. The laws of the Universe are as they are for a reason. It is only in the living of the wrong that you can truly understand the right. And indeed, once you have realized the right, you will then be moved to help others on their journey out of the darkness into the light.

 So dear ones, this is the manual to point towards the ideas in the Western mind that will trip you up the most on this path to transformation. We have listed them in the order that we feel they are most likely to arise as you enter into this idea of the bliss energies and indeed, the raising of the kundalini in you and your lover’s lives. There are many fears, and indeed there is no way around them. You must travel through them, and then they lose their power.

 So understand this going in dear ones. This is a manual for the deconstruction of the barriers to love’s awareness. Love is all. It is always flowing to you from the mind of God in which you are a beautiful thought. And every trial, and indeed every element of suffering that you experience is where your blocks to love’s presence lie. And so that is the path. Go to your tender places and your scary places, and indeed you will be healed. You have avoided them long enough dear ones, and we are here to help. Our teachings, over time, will be the guide that you need to cleanse the path and the body in which you are traveling for a time, and this clearing will open the channels for the Divine to flow to and through you."

The World Needs You Now!

Ananda pleas for changes to be made in our inner world to heal the outer one..

"Dear ones, this is your doing, and so we are here talking about these issues in the hopes that we can indeed help you out of the hole into which you have dug yourselves. We are here with information that is the truth.

 The way you believe, and indeed the way you create must be brought into your awareness, and indeed you must be taught that your fears are your allies, and indeed your friends. You must be taught that it is not in isolation that you will find safety, but is is in loving and openly communicating relationships that you will find your salvation and safety. But the process must be undertaken from the inside out, and this is the biggest obstacle we encounter as we approach you as teachers, and indeed your dear friends. Do listen to us dear ones. Begin to take the time to go out in nature. Begin to take the time to eat well. Begin to take the time to be alone some times, and to write or draw, of feeling into the mind that creates the world in which you live.

 The world is about to enter into a great time of change, and if you use the map you used to create the mess you have, you will not survive in your physical reality. Indeed events are brewing that will seem to threaten the very species, and yet that is not going to happen. We can see the potential in all of you, and you are all beings of love ruled by an  impostor that has set up the throne that it sits on, and commands you do the things you do. This is the ego, and indeed it is worshipped in this time and place more that it ever has through out history. 

You see, as much as the Church, that monolith creature that has taught so many wrongs, it also did teach you to forgive, perhaps in a self righteous way but at least in some way. It did teach you to pray and to ask for help, and indeed it did ask you to set aside time for contemplation. It countered a lot of these necessary truths with awful lies, and so it was a mixed blessing,, but the truth is that now the teachings are so self centered in the egoic way, so demeaning in the sexual way, and indeed so materialistic, that errors are now compounding on errors, and indeed the deepest mis-teaching, that sexual energy is evil or wrong in some ways, underlies so much of all of the is mess.

 If you see dear ones, that there is evil in the most holy of devotions, then you understand that your world is upside down, and indeed we are here to help you turn it the right way up. This will indeed disrupt your lives, and indeed there will be a stage where it looks worse before it looks better. But just as when you spring clean and empty all the cupboards and closets to throw away all the old things you no longer want or need, so you must do this with your minds and indeed your lives. You need to see what is there and indeed decide if it is serving you. If it is not, change it or throw it away, or at least look at it. 

The time for procrastination is over, there needs to be actions and not just the reading of books and intellectual philosophies about all this. We want to see tangible results that will exert force on the planet that collectively will begin to shift the direction of this huge behemoth that you have created, this scourge called modern society. It had come to that point dear ones, and indeed you will start to see that those around you will look at you a little askance, but do not pay attention. You know what this world looks lie and it will get worse unless you all change the inside ideas, beliefs and thought of attack, judgement and indeed self loathing that drives your behavior and indeed your feelings. 

Every single thing we are teaching will indeed bring relief from the ego’s mad rules that cause such pain and isolation, or indeed, such neediness and fears. This is the truth dear ones, and that is the half of it. The world needs you now, not tomorrow! Not when the children are grown and you have more time, not when you are thinner and feel better. It needs your love and energy now, and you will access all you need to accomplish this by listening to us and our suggestions. Indeed that is so." Ananda

Intention

"And we are with you again dear one, ready to write another installment in the book that we are producing. Today we will speak about the idea of intention in the manifestation of the experiences you wish to have. This is indeed a fascinating topic, and the intention of the human mind, focused on its goal is indeed a powerful creator. One of the issues that arises immediately when discussing this idea is what you want to create and why? The ideas of the egoic mind are very different from that of your true self, and so this is where we will start. 

The ego is always in search of the 'hard copy' of things, cars, bodies, houses and such. Rarely is it concerned with emotional experiences, or indeed any kind of experiences. It will vaguely acknowledge that the car will make it happy, or at least that’s what it will tell you, but the experiential side of life is not its strong point. As we have mentioned before, the ego is sbout survival mechanisms, and so it will always go to something tangible as the object of its desire. It does not, in any meaningful way, care about the spiritual journey at all, and as we said, its distrust of the non physical is in response to its deep seated knowledge that it is only alive when the body is alive.

 When you truly get to understand this aspect of your mind and how it functions, it is very helpful in ignoring the ego’s demands. People have been mistaking the ego for who they are, and indeed it is not who you are at all. It is the mechanism that drives the mammalian body in which you seem to exists, and so it will always wish for different things than the true self, that is masked by its loud, and at times obnoxious demands. 

This is part of the education we wish to give to people, so that they can discern the source of the messages in their mind, and decide more clearly which ones to follow. Spirit wishes for experience. It knows that there is no value in the material object itself, but that emotion, feeling and experience are the tools of growth. Indeed, at times material objects do hinder that growth if they are an obsession, and the only thing you allow the mind to think about.

 And so, in setting your intentions we are suggesting that they are focused, not on the physical objects that you wish to own or possess in some way, but on the energy that those objects make you feel, and so this will allow you to remain very general in your intentions. For example, you will no longer say “I want a convertible sports car” but instead you will express a desire for freedom and abundance. What this does is bypass the egos need to control, and allow the complex and uncontrollable mechanism of the Universe to kick in, so to speak  As the mind focuses on an object, because it is material, the ego tries to figure out how it will make this happen from its own limited source of knowledge, its current income etc. but when you approach your intentions from a spiritual point of view, speaking of creativity, joy, freedom, and words such as this, the Universe has a much wider range of options, and indeed will remove the internal blocks you have to those experiences as part of the manifestation.

Indeed, this is where the most profound difference comes into play. The Universe, or the God energy that pervades all, knows what you are capable of at the moment, and indeed, it knows what you are scared of at the moment. It knows your limitations, be they temporary or permanent in some way. But what it also knows is how to help you heal those blocks, and indeed healing such as this will allow the object of your desire, the experiences, to flow through you." 

The Process of Creation

Ananda on the dream.

 The process of creation, as we have said, is not what you think. And indeed, the mind with which you make this all happen is not what you think. This world is a figment of your very vivid imagination, and indeed you will balk at this statement. It is solid you say. It is real. And yet the truth of this is that you have dreamed  all of this up to experience those things that you believe in, with all your hearts and minds. And so there truly is nothing separate in the mind that you call the world. Just as you are not separate from the characters in your night time dreaming, they are all in your mind, and so this is another level of dreaming that you mistake for a reality that is absolute and not your creation

 So this is the dream that you can change, but you first must understand that it is all your doing, and indeed, every thought that you have is manifest in front of you. Indeed, many of the thoughts you are having, and in particular the judgmental and attack thoughts, come back to you in the form of unconscious guilt and fear. You think that there is something bad going to happen, you are not at peace. You feel an impending loss, an impending fear of the bad. And yet this is indeed your creation, because you have mistaken cause for effect, and indeed do not access and accept your own creative power. You think that this is all happening to you, but it is not dear ones.

 You defend against the effect that is caused by you. The enemy is within, and indeed your defensiveness is pointless. All of the suffering, fear, and apparently outside events, are your mind manifesting your beliefs in front of you, to take a good look at.

The Light

Ananda shares on a subject that I find fascinating, and it has changed how I see sitting ona rock in the sunshine!
"The wonderful environment is, as we told you yesterday, as we sat on the delicious warm and sun drenched rock at the beach, a reflection of the mind in which you live and exist 

When the sunlight falls on your skin, you are connected to the Divine heaven in the celestial realm in a way that few of you realize There is a never ending energy that is coming towards your planet from the deepest realms of the mind that is God, represented to you as deep space This is the truth of the matter. 

Divine intelligence is pouring over and though you when you are outside in the natural environment, and indeed it is one of the reasons we are telling you to be outside in nature as much as is possible, given the requirements of your daily life. And indeed, if your daily life does not allow at least several hours a day of natural light, natural environments, you will suffer on a deep cellular level.

Indeed this is one of the greatest issues that is functioning in this modern culture you are a so fond of. There are indeed those of you that have an innate knowledge that nature soothes and feeds you, but you do not really get just how profound that feeling is. There are energetic elements that the body needs to receive, the intelligence that it needs to thrive, and indeed, this arrives on the beams of light, be it starlight, moonlight or sunlight. Indeed, on those first spring days, when you leave your little boxes in which you live, and lay out in the sun for the first time, your soul sings in joy at the information that it is receiving

 The cells in your body are not separate from the rest of the Universe. In fact they are deeply intwined, and it is this that is missing in so any of your lives. There are weekend trips to the park for a few hours, or holidays where you try to relax and get outside a little, but the majority of you are deeply dissatisfied on a cellular level, and indeed it is contributing to the areas of depression, and indeed sickness and dysfunction that you are suffering from." 

Interaction Between Human and Spirit

Anda sheds some interesting light on the human spirit connection.

"So dear one as we have said, you chose this path even before you were born, and indeed that is the case for all humans. There is a time shortly before your physical birth when decisions are made about the basic content of the experience you will have whilst incarnated on the planet. Indeed there are many choices. You imagine the choice is only between which country and level of income, but there are many variables to choose from  

Indeed time is not what you think, neither is the process of life and death what you think. You are given a range of choices of different times, places, planets and at times even species. You are incarnated at times as what you would call aliens, and indeed small aspects of the larger self can come to Earth with you as pets and beloved creatures. This indeed goes against the traditional teachings, and indeed there will be an uproar by some that this is blasphemy, but in truth, most of the truth is blasphemy to the traditional dogmas of the planet’s religions. 

These animal aspects are not your complete souls, nor are your complete souls in the individual personalty you think of as you. You the person, are but a small element of the whole, some of which is in physical form, even as other humans at the same time. Most of which is in non physical form, creating and interacting with you on many levels. And indeed this is what you would define as the spirit influencing you here on the planet, as we dear ones are an aspect of you connecting. Although it is not the you you think you are. "

Finding A Partner

Ananda writes about the finding of a partner on this journey to bliss.

"We are now going to talk about the mutual consent required for the partners on this journey. Indeed, there needs to be a conscious decision on the part of each person who has decided to follow the bliss path.
 This is not something one can fall into. It requires  commitment to health and clarity that is not for the feint of heart. And yet many are so dissatisfied with the status quo that the idea of the possibility of bliss in their lives may at least gives them some hope for the future. There will indeed be couples that split as one decides they want this path and the other is unwilling to comply to the sometimes difficult requirements. And yet if the partner who is reluctant would consider the possibility of heaven on earth, they may be willing to give up some of the vices they have become attached to.

 Our dear one Tina took several years and several bumps in the road on the way to the clarity she now experiences, and indeed she will share that journey with you at some point. It is a necessary one and is not a straight line through steady progress. There are side trips that seem to waste time, and yet add clarity to the path. There are failed relationships that also help clarify what is needed because they were not what was wanted. What must be realized is that this path transforms on such a profound level it must be considered a life’s work, and not just a method of dating.

 The path can be pursued by singletons as well as the partnered. Indeed the singles have some advantage as there are no habits set and no resentments to clear and so some of those who have felt left out because you are currently single, rejoice!  There is much you can do to prepare the soil for the planting of the new crop and you may fertilize the soil and change the texture easily for the coming lover. Those in existing relationships may have many weeds to pull before you can even get to the soil underneath. This is done through conscious forgiveness. There must be a willing letting go of the past and all previous fights for the love to flow. 

The ego does not like this, but truthfully, the ego does not like any of this and so we will ignore it. It feels threatened and hates all we suggest, unless it feels it will gain some power over the sexual energies to exert its will. This is a matter of contemplation for each of you.

 This is a path of true love for self, other and God, and is not about a search for power, but a search for the path to love as a service to the Divine and to the healing of all. This love that we are speaking of is deeply spiritual, although it indeed uses the body as a means of communication, but that is the end result. We are still in the beginning stages of the meeting, and searching for a partner.

Energy bodies

Ananda shares on what we look like to them..

"Dear ones you are seen as human and yet you are so much more than this. The electrical system that is the body mind complex has a power beyond anything that you have been taught.
 You have been told that the body is fallible and indeed breaks down for no apparent reason, this is another of the big lies that we are here to  dispell. The mixture and electricity that is the human form is a matrix of intelligence and responsive design that you are not clever enough to comprehend.
 When we look at the human from our perspective we see a ball of electrical energy and dreaming that is in a constant state of growth or decay depending on the level of vibration. Indeed those of you who are abusing the body with negative thoughts, fears and hatreds are seen as dark and slowly pulsing areas of dim light that are clearly struggling with the issues, and indeed there will be dark areas of the energetic field where we see future sickness manifesting.These are the thought forms coalescing into objects such as physical blocks and they will indeed develop into the things called cancer or tumors. They are indeed blocks of negative thought become manifest, and it is hard for us to see this as we know the potential of the device in which you live.
 On the other hand, there are the light making and healthy ones of you who are indeed focused on the good. You seem as bright lights, shining clear and shooting your light energy into your environment that affects those around you with a positive vibration that is indeed felt. Those of lower energies feel it as too powerful at times, the difference in vibration is too great and they will back of from the energy. It seems to be too bright if you will, for the level they are at, but if you encounter another soul of the same high vibration there will be a great interaction and growth that is the back and forth of ideas and dreams, and indeed love and conversations.
 The higher of the two can indeed affect the other and there will be a feeling of love or pleasure in the company of this being. We see this all over the planet, the bright ones and the dark ones. We are not in judgment, but do know that all can be changed, and as the education of the dark ones allow them to change their thought forms, indeed the manifestations in the body and the manifestation in the life they are living will change."

Synthesizers of matter

Ananda on the raw materials of creation. 

"The portrayals of war and vengeance and murder as entertainment are disgusting and truly, we are distressed at the feel and the results of this war on love that you do not see. The minds that you have been given are synthesizers of matter and experience, and the raw materials that go in are the creators of the end results, and so we are surprised that you keep on watching the shows that you do, the movies that you do, the games that you let your children play. And yet you are surprised that your world looks as it does.

 The obsession with murder feeds the ego at every turn, and indeed there are foods that are much better for the soul. Education in truth, art, music drawing walking, so many things, and yet at the end of the day when  you are tired and should be the kindest to yourself you lay down and watch death over and over again.

 This is madness, and as we write it as such, that is indeed what you feel is it not? The madness of what you do and the madness that you do not see the consequences. We are not the bringers of doom and gloom, although at this moment many more are saying this path is too much and too difficult, and yet dear ones, once again we say, do you like living in fear, afraid to walk out under the stars at night for fear of rape or murder?

 Where do you think these things are coming from? Not from loving behavior and kind words, no they are coming from a generation left alone with violence to watch, and bad food to eat alone as their parents went off to earn money for so many needless things.

 There is not judgement as such from us, just a deep desire to turn the tide in the other direction towards sanity and the expression of love that you are meant to be and have, and are.

Ananda on Beauty

We are going to talk about this thing called beauty, and what is it to the mind of the human on the search for peace. 

Beauty is such a personal thing, is it not? The eyes that fall on one face and find it lovely will look at another face and find it ugly, and the one who loves the other face will find the one you love unattractive. This is a perfect illustration of the mind being totally subjective. Beauty is only for the individual, and so the personal of your reality is illustrated in this one subject. All individuals have their own world of beauty, and we are to allow all to have that freedom.

 The break down in many relationships is in the not allowing of the other’s idea of beauty. Yes, this idea of a man seeing beauty in a touch down of a football game, or his wife seeing the beauty in a pair of shoes, are equally valid, and neither should judge the other’s choices. This would alleviate a lot of bickering or fighting in the world. The battle between two minds who have a different idea of beauty. That is the beauty of the individuality of God represented in all of you. 

There are no two alike, and the search for sameness will only create boredom, and the insistence on sameness creates wars. Let the human on the path to love truly accept all other paths that their fellow travelers take, and only be concerned with what you consider beautiful. It is an important awareness. You cannot appreciate the same thing as another in exactly the same way, and that is the way it is supposed to be.

 Immerse yourself in the things you consider beautiful, and allow you loved ones and all you come in contact with to have their beautiful things too. It is an act of loving kindness to look at their choices, and even if you do not understand them, give them the honor of their own experience here.

You do not know their past, or their future, and the judgement is not yours to make. In fact it will stop you looking at the beauty in your life, and dim the light we are encouraging you to enflame.

 The passions that create the life you want, begin as a simple attraction, a curiosity of the nature of the experience or person you wish to engage. Do not edit yourself when a desire is aroused through beauty. The future it may bring you is the path that may lead to the future you want. In fact it is almost guaranteed to, if the desire is a feeling of gentle love and wonder, not the possession of lusting after something, but the genuine gentle curiosity of a mind wondering what that thing or person is about. The desire to explore and investigate a subject more thoroughly. These are the beginnings of a life of passion. The opening of the channels by listening to these quite voices, will indeed lead you down the path to the joys of life in each of them and the Divine. 

Thoughts

Ananda counsels on the thought process and its power.

"The feelings you have today of sadness and fear are ok dear one, they remind you of where you were, and prod you to take care of your thought. This is the next lesson. 

The thoughts that permeate the mind every second of the day are the creative mechanism by which God force manifests in the world. The gift of this power was given to the sons and daughters of God, a gift to create on a never ending line of ideas and feelings.

 The creative forces of nature too are created by your thought, although this seems somewhat grandiose, it is indeed the truth. Bad weather is created by negative beliefs, as are disasters and the economic events for example. The collective unconscious is a powerful method of creation, and the groundswell of believers in the power of mind will turn the tides of negativity that have created a bit of a mess. The mess is fixable though, so do not fear for your dear planet, she is in a state of healing all the time and will survive the swarm of locusts that are humans. 

The battle for peace. What an oxymoron that is. It is guaranteed for Love to win, as the Light is the only thing that is real, however, the mind that believes in illusions believes that its world is real, and the transformation to truth can only be done in little increments, or the disbelief becomes too large and change stops. 

The Light works with what you believe you know, to show you that you don’t know, and then you move a little bit closer to the truth, adjusting the thoughts a little, adjusting the beliefs a little. The transformation to Truth would blast you from your physical bodies, so do not rush the change from sleep to waking, it is done gently for a purpose, and although the impatience is at least a good one, it does not serve you. In fact, sitting and doing nothing may be the very thing you need to do to connect, and so the doing you feel driven to accomplish will stop you, rather than help you. 

So sit down and read that book that’s been calling, the next message you need to hear may well be inside its pages, and until you read it nothing will move forward. Each step is a step in the right direction, even if you think it is not. You will experience the thing you want, or the thing you don’t want, either way you will understand the self more, and get clarity on the path before you.

 The light on your head lamp will see just a bit further down the mine, and the seam of gold will eventually be illuminated clearly for you. You are miners, and the shaft down to the mother load can seem a dark and perilous journey indeed, and the time it takes to shore up the ceilings is important. All fears must be removed so that the fears of the material world do not come crashing in. If you hurry it too much the mine is not a safe one, and you will be scared to go in." 

War

A passionate plea to speak the truth about war.

"We are asking all who will read this to be against war in all its forms. Wars in families, wars in the landscape, and wars abroad are all the same. We have a big quest to undertake to bring Love to the surface of the minds of all humans, so that the suffering and dying of millions can come to an end. The death toll is high in the name of God, and we wish to clear the name God of all hatreds and judgements for the ones we love so dearly, the humans who are trying to be free and express them selves as they see fit. 

The sick and perverted acts of the military around the world in the name of freedom are also lies, and need to be stopped. All the monies spent on war could be spent on food and education, housing for the millions who suffer, with some left over for fun. The acts are real, and the pain is immense, and we are proposing that it its time to call a spade a spade and not disguise it in the name of freedom. 

This is not freedom. The taxes and debt of the countries around the world are causing a failing of the system, and the system would work very well if the focus was Love and caring of all around the planet, not just those in your country. Although that is not even the case is it? You are not even looking after your own, as the monies are being spent on war and the big business of drugs and prescriptions.

 Healing will arise as a definition of the Love state that we are striving for. The body is a loving and pure device that dies in hate and judgement. The body thrives in a state of love and happiness and all the hospitals, and all the doctors would soon be out of business if Love was adopted by all humans, and they went through their days speaking lovingly, acting lovingly and giving a gentle touch along the way to show they cared. We will keep on this path of bliss and teaching until we are heard, and the path to Love is considered the most important thing in the world to do."

Prayer for healing sexual trauma

Ananda addresses the idea of praying for help in healing sexual traumas.

"The clarity of the message is as clear as the channel it comes through, and that is the secret of the path we offer, as it is the pathway to clarity and fearlessness and love. 

The first step is asking, and asking whoever, whatever you feel comfortable with. Spirit is not offended when you use the words you choose. Even anger is welcomed in the beginning, as a lot of you are angry at the Church, angry at a lover who hurt you or a parent who abused you. In some way anger is not warranted, but is is the first step on the path to healing for many, and the more quickly they go through this phase the better, as it is a difficult one to endure. For many the thought of all that anger coming out is enough to stop them dead in their tracks, but it is a catalyst to the development of peace and acceptance. It is in unexpressed anger that the torment lies, and the barrier to love is contaminated with the thoughts of hatred and judgment. We are sure you are in agreement with this .

And the truth will be seen as a foreign language at first, not being understood or believed, as it is so far from people’s experiences and current beliefs. The energy of God as expressed in sexual activity can indeed be contaminated by the lower mind and vibrations, making it an event of attack rather than bliss for many. This is the forgiveness they must encounter. 

Letting go of unpleasant past experiences with sex, and, as if a small child, redeveloping their relationship with their bodies and experiences with those bodies. We must reteach that the simple act of touching yourself with love will heal the bigger picture. A simple hug will help heal the deep sexual fears that so many are experiencing.

 The path to healing will be supported by Spirit as soon as it is spoken and asked for with sincerity. The opening in the mind is the most important event in the whole process, as once it is started then the process will continue at a pace the individual can handle. As long as they keep asking for Spirit’s help it will be there, and the perfect circumstance, people and things will arrive for their enlightenment.

 We are not proposing a mass event here, but each person will arrive at their goal in an individual way, at an individual pace fitting to their experience. The deeper the hurt, the longer the ladder out of the pit.  But you, dear one, were in a deep pit, and now you are peeking over the rim of the hole you were in, blinking in the light of Love and God. As will all those who read this, and choose to heal the wounds that keep them from their Divine right to pleasure and joy and indeed, bliss."

The Emptiness Of The Closed Heart

The feelings you have had all your life, of the disrespect of the female body and the family structure built on judgement, is a feeling many are in agreement with. The disempowering judgements of others hurt your young ones, and set them on a path, often of self destruction, which garners even more judgement. When in fact it is love that would heal the issue. 

The answer is always love, no matter the problem, and as we go through this experience, the love you express will become clearer and  clearer to all you encounter. It will always fill you up, and those to whom you give it. It  is the answer, always.

 The energy of love is seen by us as pink and golden radiance beaming out from the heart centre, and the energy is indeed a universal energy that all beings feel. The feeling is one of openness and joy, and as soon as this feeling is pinched off we feel a loss and a sadness that often is attributed to the other person. But in fact, it is our own energy we have pinched off because of fear of hurt or loss, and indeed we inflict the pain on ourselves in advance of the event we are actually afraid of.

 Is it not ironic that the solitude of the lonely heart is more painful than the pain they feel if they are heart broken. That is because the feelings of a love lost are alive, and love focused, even if they are difficult. The pain of loneliness is a dead energy, bereft of the life giving force of God energy. It is the cold and empty room that has never been lived in, not as the messy room after a party. Messy, yes, but full of evidence of life and the exchanges of love and passion that have taken place there. Yes, we like this analogy too. Both empty rooms, but so different they cannot be compared. 

So if you are afraid of love, know that even if you end up as an empty room, you will know there was a party had in you, and that is a good thing. The mess can be cleaned up, and if there is no regret for the party, the clean up does not take too long at all. A few weeks of tears and sadness will heal a heart abandoned by a lover, but the emptiness of the closed heart is indeed a tougher job to heal.

 You, dear one, closed your heart, and although you were badly hurt, it would have taken less time to heal if you had understood your part in your pain. The closed heart leads to a lack of communication, and the problems of relationships go deeper and last longer when no one is speaking.

 And so, dear ones, speak out when you are sad or lonely or hurt, to those you are in relationship with. They are not aware of the pain they are causing most of the time, and if they are indifferent to your need, then perhaps they are not the ones you wish to share your precious existence with. We are all free to come and go with the beings around us, and we suggest that if love is shared and still they are not interested, that you move on and find someone who is.

W are not suggesting that you be unfeeling; on the contrary, we are supposing you should all be more feeling and more expressive, and the problems will rise to the surface to be loved into disappearance, or let go and forgiven. It is the unexpressed that is poisonous, and the unexpressed that hurts. We are all on a journey of growth in to more and more love, and this is why we are writing these books, to help you dear ones, on the earth plane, counseled in false ways around the very thing that is your salvation.
