Higher sexual expression

"There are deeply ingrained egoic teachings in your culture that blatantly go against the grain of unconditional love and forgiveness, and so there are barriers to the mind that wishes to experience the higher realms of sexual expression.

One of the first blocks to the raising of this energy is the belief in attack. This is profoundly embedded in your culture’s belief system. Every time you gossip, every time you argue and every time you have hateful or judgmental thoughts, your belief in aggression is reinforced and grows. You are not at fault here dear ones, this is what you have been taught to do. You have been fed a steady diet of war and violence in your main stream medias, and in fact, many of you cannot imagine living without this violent food. Oh, it is disguised in tales of redemption, and good winning out over evil in your police shows and crime dramas, but it is all based on hatred and violence, and it is indeed contributing to the lack of love in your lives.

 You see, the mind is a synthesizer of material, and what goes in and stays through focus and repetition creates out in the physical world. Remember what we said about the mind and its manifestations? That which you focus on grows, and indeed, the love we are speaking about, manifesting in the higher expressions of sexual energy through the activation of Kundalini cannot coexist in the mire of attack and judgment that is the quality of many of your minds. The dire consequences of your culture’s mis-teachings around violence are untold. And truly we hope that when you realize just how detrimental this is, and how you suffer from loss of connection and love through these incorrect teachings, that you will indeed become willing to address these issues.

 And so, the sexual energies many of you are experiencing are in the realm of the ego. It is the milieu in which you immerse yourself and so, of course it is the milieu in which you create your experience. The sexual energies of the ego are unrefined indeed. The purely physical mating of bodies, striving for pleasure and at times, dominance over other. This does not paint a very pretty picture, indeed we agree, but that is why we have come, for many of you experience the sexual energy of the ego and do not delight in it. Oh, you may have glimpses here and there of sex’s potential, and yet there is much missing for many of you. You arrive with great expectations of what a new lover may bring you but very shortly things begin to take a turn for the worse, and disillusionment sets in. The ego is not a loving thing, and this is an important idea to understand.

The higher realms of sexual expression are based on love, and the ego is not from, or for love. It is made to take, to judge, to conflict and to argue. It is its own worst enemy in many ways, and because you are not taught how to discern the difference between ego and Source energy, and in fact, because you live in a culture that feeds the ego the rich and repeated foods of hatred and judgement, you find yourselves lost in its mire and muck, unable to see the beauty and light that is your potential experience. The sexual energies of the ego remain in these lower three chakras. For sure, some of you venture up into the love realms of the heart, and for that we are eternally grateful, or your world would not stand a chance at survival and evolution, but your mis-teachings around sexuality and God keep you from integrating the sexual energies and the God energies in any meaningful way, and so the path to heaven on earth through blissful sexual union eludes you to a great extent.

 We hope the picture we paint is not too depressing for you dear ones, and yet we must be truthful for you to understand that which is transpiring. Think of the times you judge, think of the times you are fearful or worry, think of the times that you feel separated and alone. These thoughts, all of them, keep you disconnected from the very source of energy from which you are constructed. They keep you harnessed to the physical world that feels so threatening, and yet none of you understand that you are contributing to your own suffering, moment by moment as you indulge in these thoughts that create the feelings of sadness, isolation and abandonment that pervade your life. None of this is necessary, and we are so happy to have the opportunity to help you escape from this self imposed prison. Some of you will argue that it is not self imposed, that you have only been doing what you were taught, and we do understand this argument. By self imposed we only mean that you are doing this inadvertently, and that given the correct information you can change it. We do not wish to create such a sad picture, but we must be honest with you dear ones if you are to understand the depths that the energies of ego have taken you to.

We come at this time for this very reason. You are heading into darker and darker realms of sexual expression, feeding the ego drives of the most basic levels with an endless supply of animalistic and profane images and activities that, given your new found ability to disseminate information are very dangerous. The sexual energies of the ego, feeding the way in which it is transpiring at the moment are leading you to a dark and dangerous precipice, and we wish to call you back. Back to love, and and the loving and kind, fulfilling and glorifying expressions of spiritual love that is your true salvation. We are here as emissaries of love, emissaries of light and that driving force of Source that has created all that is good, all that is giving, all that is creative in this world of mind in which you find yourselves."

How Sexual Energy Works.

"This is he beginning of the discussion of sexual energy and how it works for the western mind, taught so many incorrect ideas about this most amazing aspect of Universal Mind or God, if you will. 

  The energy that is sexual is indeed divided into two different manifestations, and it is very easy to discern these two completely different avenues of its expression. In the previous chapter we wrote of the two shared experiences, that of the ego mind and that of the loving Universal Mind, and so it is not surprising that each of these avenues of expression have their own version of sexuality and its play out in the world of life as you see it.

    The first is the one, of course, that you are most familiar with, that of the ego mind. Its belief in physical survival and its need for continuing the physical expression of that which you call a body requires sexual reproduction, of course, to achieve its aims of survival. In this form, the sexual energy is felt as a desire to have babies, to form families and to achieves a  kind of physical transformation if you will, into minor gods. Being a parent gives this experience of something greater than self, but if the ego is wielding too much power, the sexual expression of what we would call these lower concerns can get out of balance. As the ego is concerned in the extreme with survival of the physical body, at times at the expense of others seen as outside the ‘tribe’ you would call your family, it tends to be less than loving in its approach. It is generally motivated by fear and caution, keeping safe and free from pain is its utmost goal, and in terms of sexual energy, this does not bode well for an ecstatic and other worldly experience.The lower chakra centers that guide this aspect of sexuality are concerned with tribe, basic security, survival and animal or physical aspects of sexuality. 

   Because the spiritual connection to sexuality has been forbidden in your culture for many centuries, if not millennia, you have kept this energy firmly rooted in the lower chakras. The first three to be exact. The heart chakra represents that area of the physical and spiritual body where transformation through love is achieved. It is only when the sexual energies are raised from the lower three chakras, through the heart and up into the higher realms that the transcendental aspect of sexual energy that we are speaking about comes into platy.

 As the heart center opens, through the compassionate acts of forgiveness and unconditional love, the vibration of the body in which you function begins to change. When the ego mind is in play, you do not care for others as much as yourself, except perhaps in the caring of offspring. The concerns of the ego are more selfish and self centered. It worries about its own protection first, its own gratification, and the avoidance of that which it fears. As the heart chakra is brought into play, through the practice of forgiveness, non-judgement and compassion, words you are indeed familiar with, the energies begin to transform, and with it the sexual energies begin a shift to higher functioning too.

Energy bodies

Ananda shares on what we look like to them..

"Dear ones you are seen as human and yet you are so much more than this. The electrical system that is the body mind complex has a power beyond anything that you have been taught.
 You have been told that the body is fallible and indeed breaks down for no apparent reason, this is another of the big lies that we are here to  dispell. The mixture and electricity that is the human form is a matrix of intelligence and responsive design that you are not clever enough to comprehend.
 When we look at the human from our perspective we see a ball of electrical energy and dreaming that is in a constant state of growth or decay depending on the level of vibration. Indeed those of you who are abusing the body with negative thoughts, fears and hatreds are seen as dark and slowly pulsing areas of dim light that are clearly struggling with the issues, and indeed there will be dark areas of the energetic field where we see future sickness manifesting.These are the thought forms coalescing into objects such as physical blocks and they will indeed develop into the things called cancer or tumors. They are indeed blocks of negative thought become manifest, and it is hard for us to see this as we know the potential of the device in which you live.
 On the other hand, there are the light making and healthy ones of you who are indeed focused on the good. You seem as bright lights, shining clear and shooting your light energy into your environment that affects those around you with a positive vibration that is indeed felt. Those of lower energies feel it as too powerful at times, the difference in vibration is too great and they will back of from the energy. It seems to be too bright if you will, for the level they are at, but if you encounter another soul of the same high vibration there will be a great interaction and growth that is the back and forth of ideas and dreams, and indeed love and conversations.
 The higher of the two can indeed affect the other and there will be a feeling of love or pleasure in the company of this being. We see this all over the planet, the bright ones and the dark ones. We are not in judgment, but do know that all can be changed, and as the education of the dark ones allow them to change their thought forms, indeed the manifestations in the body and the manifestation in the life they are living will change."

Time and Experience

   It has been two months since Ananda  started their informative and loving communications with me. Each day I am writing two or three times, and they are dictating information about a particular subject that often, I have encountered in my day, or have wondered about. They are proving me with personal information about my diet, exercise and work and personal relationships to help guide me to my highest vibration.

   This is also their goal for those reading their writings, to raise the vibration of the body/mind to facilitate healing and to bring peace, so the original connection to Source can be experienced, and the engine of passion that drives us to creative  loving lives can be reconnected.

"And we are with you again dear one, hoping that this day will be a beautiful testament to the energy of God and sex, and that we are going to have a fabulous time together today. 

We are going to speak about time and apparent meaning of this strange phenomenon. We are aware that you believe it to exist, and that it seems very real to you, and yet it is fluid and flexible, that it transforms, and really does not exist at all as you think of it. It is a fluid motion that undulates and folds in on itself, and the ideas a mind has can transcend it, far into the past as you see it, and the future. No real barriers exist in the realms of the non physical, and the stories you tell yourselves to try and make sense of the physical world are, at times, very funny to us in the non physical. 

There is no punishment for experiences ever, and there is no God such as you see him , as a man or goddess as a woman. The energy that holds the world together is one of ever increasing love and compassion, even though you, at times do not see its manifestation in the world of your mind. We are here to reassure you that all things are Love in the Universe, and that things you see as permanent are not, and the sins you think you commit do not exist at all. In our existence, the light of your mind is all we see, and the desires of your heart are all that matter, and the pain of not expressing these desires is what drives the soul mad, and the mind into destructive pattern of abuse of self and others."
